How do I cancel my account?

If you wish to cancel your account, you must follow the steps below.

1. Login to client area.
2. Click on My Hosting Packages.
3. Click on View Details for the package that you want to cancel.
4. Now scroll the page to the bottom & click on Request Cancellation.
5. We will contact you and will cancel your account.

Cancellation must be initiated at least 5 days before the cancellation date and this must be at least 5 days prior to the next invoice date or you will be billed for the next month.
